My brother, Matt Miles, shoots bike movies. This is the trailer for his first big film.
And here's the behind the scenes where you can see his dislocated elbow and severed tendon in his finger. No crash footage but a wee bit of blood.

Healed up pretty well. Finger's a little crooked but the elbow is fine. He's off filming with them right now actually.
